These Terms & Conditions outline how PrairieLine Outdoor Living LLC provides services, schedules work, handles weather-related delays, billing, and responsibilities.
Services, Estimates & Scheduling
PrairieLine Outdoor Living LLC provides residential and commercial outdoor services including, but not limited to: lawn care, irrigation services, landscaping, seasonal cleanups, and snow removal.
- Estimates are based on visible conditions and information provided at the time of quoting.
- Additional work or unforeseen conditions may require revised pricing.
- Scheduling is subject to weather, site conditions, and workload volume.
- Service dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Weather & Seasonal Conditions
Outdoor services are weather-dependent. PrairieLine Outdoor Living LLC reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or modify services due to rain, drought, freezing temperatures, excessive heat, or unsafe conditions.
Snow & Ice Services
- Snow services are triggered based on agreed snowfall thresholds.
- Timing and frequency may vary depending on storm duration and severity.
- Ice management effectiveness depends on temperature and surface conditions.
PrairieLine is not responsible for damage caused by hidden obstacles, pre-existing conditions, or surfaces not designed for snow equipment.
Payments, Cancellations & Liability
- Payment terms are outlined on invoices or service agreements.
- Late payments may result in paused service.
- Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to service fees.
PrairieLine Outdoor Living LLC is not liable for damage caused by:
- Underground utilities not properly marked
- Hidden irrigation lines, wiring, or objects
- Pre-existing landscape or turf conditions
- Acts of nature or extreme weather events
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting service, approving an estimate, booking online, or allowing work to proceed, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
